a promising sector that recruits!

Sensational 2012 is a nationwide initiative organized April 4, 2012, under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, Ministry of Education and Universcience. Its purpose is to encourage vocations in science and technology among students and, more particularly, the high school.
Designed to promote science and technology among young people of school classes First and Final, Sensational 2012 also aims to facilitate and strengthen dialogue between companies and high school (do) s. Digital Orange and Syntec are key partners of this initiative labeled e-skills.
On April 4, in several places in France, meetings will be arranged between students and people from companies recruiting or looking for scientific profiles.
A sector demand
Difficult in the current design that some positions are struggling to be filled due to lack of trained candidates. Yet it is reality. In science and technology, some businesses have had difficulty recruiting. It's not that the trades in question lack of interest, on the contrary, they are ignored.
Why? Sometimes because it is new business brought by recent developments, such as "community managers" of social networks, for example. This is because young people are struggling to identify existing opportunities in these new areas, and understand the training they need to follow to get there.
April 4 - one day two highlights
On April 4, from 1:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Department, Raymond Poincaré 80, high school students, accompanied by parents and teachers, will be divided into two groups and will meet eight "role models" representative trade that recruit bearers (including the digital sector).
The dialogue and exchange, students will get a better idea of the realities behind each profession. With all this information in hand, they are then expected to be better able to choose their orientation according to their educational level and their interests.
Thereafter, from 4:30 p.m. Mrs. Claudie Haigneré, President of Universcience, will present the winners prices Factor Science.
Launched in 2011 to develop the creative potential of students, the contest Factor Science offers teams of high school students to reveal their potential in describing an innovation project they would like to engage as if they had already graduated from a science stream. The finalists reflect the vitality and inventiveness of the youngest and willingness to find solutions to protect the environment.
