Launch of a Women's Talent Pool Program with Viviane Reding, Vice President of the European Commission

Microsoft in collaboration with Orange FT and the WiL Network aims to support the next generation of women leaders and empower them with networking and development opportunities. On the 6th of March together they launch the YOUNG WOMEN TALENT POOL to break down traditional barriers by:

•Investing today to facilitate a culture of peering and networking for tomorrow’s women leaders

•Facilitating access to and nurturing the growth of a pool of young talents in ICT as an enabler for Europe 2020

•Profiling the voice of young women and providing a platform to share views on ICT and societal issues

•Facilitating cross-generational exchanges powered by peer to peer and online networking

•Fostering role models of innovators, entrepreneurs and managers in the digital society

The program will be launched in the presence of Viviane Reding, Vice President of the European Commission.
