CONNECT - Web2.0-based virtual communities and social learning to strengthen competencies of people at risk of exclusion is a three year (2010-2012) multilateral project within the Lifelong Learning Program addressing the learning needs of people at risk of exclusion with a focus on the target groups :
- Women under 45, unemployed or seeking for alternative, part-time jobs, telework;
- +50 people, aging people who need to requalify;
- Migrants
The project is based on the experienced partnership consisting of
The CONNECT project aims at developing and testing a learning model on eSkills and Skills for lifelong learning based on ICT social networking tools and platforms with active participation of the target groups both in regard to developing the model and testing the procedures.
The learning model will be based on “learning-outcomes”, in line with the EQF and shared competence standards and frameworks.
Informal and non-formal learning will be a basis for the model to be developed and will inspire the design of dynamic and open learning pathways and virtual learning environments.
