The « Global Forum/Shaping the Future » is an annual international and independent event organized by ITEMS in collaboration with a number of partners, dedicated to the Economic, Political, Social and Societal issues related to the successful evolution of the Information Society.
This years Global Forum is the 19th in the row and the 3rd to be organized in the US. This years International ThinkTank on Convergence will focus on:
ICT : AN EMPOWERED WORLD - A SMARTER AND MORE INNOVATIVE SOCIETY
The event will take place on Monday 8th & Tuesday 9th November 2010 in Washington DC, USA at the The Marvin Center, The Georges Washington University.
