New Info Sheet on Innovation in the North Sea Region March 30, 2008 3:54 AM  A new Info Sheet on Innovation has been produced by the Interreg IVB NSP Secretariat, which gives some background and insight into the role of Innovation within the new Programme and outlines the reasons for promoting Innovation in the transnational North Sea Region context. In addition, the Info Sheet explains where there is scope for transnational partnerships and actions, highlights some tangible results in the field of Innovation and describes the added value to be ascertained through transnational cooperation on Innovation.
Project development workshop in Hamburg on sustainable and competitive communities February 6, 2008 2:02 PM On the 28-29th of January 2008 the Interreg IVB NSP Secretariat arranged a Transnational Project Development Workshop on Sustainable and Competitive Communities in Hamburg, Germany. The event attracted 130 participants from all regions of the North Sea Programme area.
Interreg IV B North Sea Region Programme enters the interservice consultation process. April 30, 2007 6:13 AM The Operational Programme for the Interreg IVB North Sea Region Programme was submitted to the European Commission on 13th April 2007. As confirmed by the Commission the submitted programme was found to be admissible.
Private Sector Beneficiaries under the IVB Programme March 30, 2008 12:41 AM  The second Monitoring Committee of the INTERREG IVB Programme held on 28-29 February in Northampton, UK decided over one of the key issues of the programme: Participation of Private Sector Beneficiaries. It was originally anticipated that Private Sector Beneficiaries could be allowed if participation would take place on a public similar basis.
