More diversity fosters value creation and innovation March 21, 2006 2:45 PM A business conference on More Diversity fosters value creation and innovation is held at Drammen International Cultural Centre, Tuesday, March 21st, 2006 Presentations by:  Head of the Drammen Region Board,  Political secretary from the Department for Labour and Social Inclusion,   Senior researcher from The Work Research Institute,   Senior advisor from the Diversity at Work Foundation,  HR manager from Opera Software,  Director of Directorate of Integration and Diversity,  NHO - Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises,   General manager of Norwegian Centre for Multicultural Value Creation and others.   Norwegian Centre for Multicultural Value Creation is a national pilot project in the Drammen region, with an aim to demonstrate values, entrepreneurial spirit and professionalism and contribution among immigrants in Norway.
